Get help

It helps to talk to people you can trust. Try Your Direction, a FREE Course where you’ll meet others with similar experiences. Explore all the options below.

It helps to talk

You don’t have to figure this out by yourself. Try talking to a parent, family member, teacher, counsellor or close friend. Don’t give up if it feels awkward to start with, see how it has helped others below.

Meet others who’ve been there

Join Your Direction, a free five-week course for young people whose parents are separated. You’ll learn tools that really help and be supported by people who’ve been there too.

There are two versions—one for 12–17s and one for 18–30s—so you’ll get advice, tools and life skills that fit where you're at.

It’s flexible, made by people who’ve been through it, and totally free. Learn more about Your Direction by watching this short video.
